New and Improved Panel Tarp OTS from Merlot/Vango
|
The Panel Tarp's unique design eliminates expensive repair work and downtime. Removable bow ends enable you to replace an individual bow or panel easily without removing the system's cables. The nylon bow ends also act as a lubricant for the cables, helping to eliminate cable fraying. The tarp comes in 36 inch wide panels that fit from bow to bow. The panels are easy to install - just slide them into the bows. If your tarp is damaged, you can replace the damaged section only. You no longer need to remove the entire tarp for repairs or purchase a completely new tarp. Tarp-caused downtime is virtually eliminated. The Merlot/Vango Panel Tarp is right at home on a straight truck, trailer, or any open top unit. Designed to meet state tarp requirements.
The Panel Tarp is available in two models; the original PT-1990 and the new and improved PT-OTS. "OTS" stands for "Over The Sides." The bow end was redesigned allowing the tarp to come over the side of the truck body creating a 100% waterproof system. You choose which model best suits your application

The Complete System is Outside the Bed!

The entire system - bows and tarp panels - slides forward and backward along the cables. The back bow is attached to the cables and does the work of pulling or pushing the bows and tarp panels. There are no tracks and the entire system operates outside the bed. The durable aircraft cable flexes if hit by loader.
