Merlot's
new lightweight sidekit panels are made from
a strong fluted plastic with a fiberglass
skin. The panel is bordered with a strong
aluminum frame which has ridges that grip
the panel, eliminating the need for glues
and epoxys.
The
frame is a full 1/4" thick, the strongest
in the industry. Each panel weighs only
ten pounds as opposed to other twenty-five
pound panels.
We
use a lock stitch in stitching the hems.
Merlot's registered trademark, Anit-Sail®,
keeps your tarp down in severe winds. Our
custom stakes fit any manufacturer's stake
pockets. The rib located on the exterior
wall of the stake allows it to fit tighter
in the pocket. The triple hollow extrusion
with extra wide 1/8" "T"
width on the rear makes it the strongest
stake made.
